Payment

InnosEurope ApS accepts online payments with Visa / Dankort, Mastercard and ApplePay.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

All amounts on the website are excl. VAT.

– Denmark: Kroner (DKK)
– EU: Euro (EUR)

Delivery

  • The delivery time in Denmark for your order is 2 – 7 working days. In other countries it is 3-8 working days depending on the order. Some countries like Greenland it can take up to 20 days.
  • InnosEurope Aps delivers with PostNord and their cooperators. 
  • Delivery in Denmark: from 69 DKK (excl. tax). Outside denmark, please see at checkout or call us for at specific shipping

Right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for items purchased in our webshop, as the item is of such a nature that according to Danish law can not or should not be granted the right of return.

The condition of the item upon return
You are liable for the deterioration of the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties and function.
This means that you are welcome to try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.

If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of impaired value. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will receive a minor part or none of the purchase amount back.
It is up to Innos Europe Aps to assess the condition of the product.

We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others.
Your information is only registered in our customer directory.

You can have your information deleted at any time.

To make an agreement with InnosEurope Aps, we need the following information:

  • Address
  • Phone
  • E-mail

We register your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver the item to you.
The personal information is registered with InnosEurope Aps and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.
When personal information is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why. The CEO and employees of InnosEurope Aps have access to the information registered about you.
